Our customers often ask us how to keep their furnaces, air conditioners and heat pumps in good repair. The easiest way to keep your HVAC equipment healthy is to take good care of it. This means keeping the air filters clean, especially if you have pets. It also means being alert for telltale signs of heating or cooling system problems and, if they occur, calling for service as soon as possible. Last but not least, all HVAC equipment needs regular maintenance in order to operate properly.

HVAC Maintenance Is Essential For HVAC Health

Regular air conditioning, heat pump and furnace maintenance is the easiest and most convenient way to maintain year-round indoor comfort. Whether you have central heating and cooling, a heat pump, a furnace or even a window air conditioner, these systems all need annual preventive maintenance in order to function effectively. At Siemer Heating & Cooling, we see many cases where HVAC repairs and replacements could have been avoided had the equipment been well-maintained. A large percentage of emergency HVAC repairs and unexpected HVAC replacements result directly from a lack of preventive maintenance. Additionally, if your heat pump, air conditioner or furnace is under warranty, you must keep equipment maintenance up to date in order to meet the manufacturer’s warranty requirements.

All Heating and Air Conditioning Maintenance Plans Are Not Created Equal

As a Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer and a 2010 Carrier President’s Award Winner, Siemer Heating & Cooling is in the top five percent of HVAC contractors in the nation. We comply with the highest standards in the HVAC industry. As such, our heating and air conditioning maintenance plans are designed to keep your furnace, heat pump or air conditioner in top-notch condition. With our annual system maintenance plans, your equipment will operate at peak efficiency. The result? You’ll enjoy greater indoor comfort, your system will have a longer lifespan and you’ll spend less on HVAC repairs. What’s more, keeping your equipment in good condition can save you money on utility bills. Better still, well-maintained furnaces, air conditioners and heat pumps are much less likely to require emergency repairs and replacements.

Siemer Heating & Cooling Maintenance Plan For Preferred Customers

Air conditioners should be serviced every spring, and furnaces should be serviced every fall. Air ducts should be inspected every few years and serviced when necessary. It’s not enough to just have an HVAC system serviced here and there. To obtain maximum benefit, heating and cooling equipment must receive preventive maintenance annually. That is why we offer our Siemer Heating & Cooling Preferred Customers Program.

Our Preferred Customers receive two precision tune-ups and two professional cleanings annually. The cost of the plan is $216 per year and payable in monthly installments. Many of our customers find that the energy savings from annual HVAC maintenance covers the cost of the service plan over time.
