“This install was done for our downstairs system. The service techs did an amazing job installing the new HVAC system. They put runners down in the house, removed the old system, installed the new system & cleaned up when the job was done. It's like they were never there, except we have a great HVAC system. I checked on the techs a few times during the install. They were happy to answer my questions & explain what they were doing. When the install was complete, they went over the system with me to make sure all was to my satisfaction. We had our upstairs system done by Siemer 2 years ago & were very happy with that install & after sales service. That's why Siemer was our 1st call for the new downstairs system.”


“John Koliavas and Abel Linares did a great job replacing my water heater. I also like that it was a newer version of the same model water heater and the hook-ups matched so there was no change to the piping or connections. They were very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and patient in explaining how the new water heater works. They also allowed me time to clean the floor before installing the new tank.

“Not impressed by much these days as a senior, but Siemer service has impressed me. Professional from start to finish. Woke up to home being 59 degrees and by 10:15am, the furnace was repaired and heat on its way. My tech, Phil, was knowledgeable and efficient. Gave me tips on the furnace filters I was using . Please let us know quickly. The cost to us is significant. About $200. We need it ASAP for an electric range installation.

“Prompt service call when HVAC system quit working in 32 year old home and then selection with help from Siemer sales to select new furnace and AC system components at a reasonable price. 4 days later install crew of 3 arrived and immediately put down floor coverings to protect my wood flooring, I was involved in many HVAC type projects as a engineer and from me asking tech questions and to the 3 installers working as a team I could not have expected anything better. I looked at the black iron, PVC and refrigerant piping and it was perfect. Controls install/ new thermostat along with electrical breaker change out inspect found no faults. Outside AC unit pad was level and all wall penetrations were sealed, again great work. Install crew reviewed with me all new equipment and how to operate system again great job. Install had a checklist they performed which they said was required for all Siemer projects – very professional.”

“Brendan knew how to service our AC system. This is the first time a tech went to our main control thermostat and obtain the internal record and initiated the preset AC maintenance mode. Although I cleaned inside the compressor enclosure, when I told him that there was lots of insulation, he inspected the jacket and noticed a mouse had started to strip the wire insulation on the power feed. He taped it back up. Very satisfied with his service.”
