Our History

Siemer Heating & Cooling was founded in 1987 by George Siemer, a true problem solver who worked with some of Chicago’s leading HVAC companies for over a decade. He learned his trade by doing hands-on work—day in and day out.

George worked with steam heat, forced-air natural gas units, and everything from window air conditioners to residential central air—all the way to huge commercial heating and cooling systems.

Early on, it became clear to him that providing top-quality HVAC equipment for customers was essential to good service. That’s why Siemer Heating & Cooling only offers top-of-the-line residential and commercial HVAC products.

Today, George's two sons, Paul and Alan, now own and operate the family business. Siemer Heating & Cooling continues to focus on providing customers like you with the best indoor comfort systems at an affordable rate.
