I also like that it was a newer version of the same model water heater and the hook-ups matched so there was no change to the piping or connections. They were very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and patient in explaining how the new water heater works. They also allowed me time to clean the floor before installing the new tank.

I needed to replace my broken furnace and very old AC, a sadly very expensive investment, but I was glad to find they spoke plainly and informatively without pushing me into a particular decision. They were courteous while here, and cleaned up perfectly afterwards- in fact, the installation area looked better than when they arrived.
